They said I was being sued by a cash advance company and that my lawyers needed to contact them. I"m self employed and they called and left messages on my business line also. I threatened them with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act for contacting my employer in an attempt to collect a debt. They have a very heavy Indian accent, and when I insisted they mail a subpoena to my house I was repeatedly called the N word then they hung up on me. They had my personal info (phone number, address, etc) not sure where they got it from. I"m reporting them to the FCC and posting online where I can to avoid people being scammed.
